This Privacy Policy explains how Clear Mind America Inc. (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, stores, and protects personal information when you interact with adorely.co (the “Services”). The Services are an online, web-based AI-powered platform that allows users to interact with AI-generated virtual and fictional characters (“AI Companions”) through text-based conversations and other AI-generated media. By accessing or using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy and agree to its terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

2. What Personal Information We Collect

We collect information you provide when using the Services, including text prompts, messages, and account-related information such as email address, username, date of birth, and payment information processed through our payment vendors. Technical information such as IP address, browser type, device type, operating system, pages visited, and usage data may also be collected automatically through cookies and similar technologies, as described in our Cookie Policy.

3. Purposes of Processing

We use personal information to operate, maintain, secure, and improve the Services; generate AI outputs; manage subscriptions and billing; handle cancellations, refund requests, and customer support inquiries; and comply with applicable legal obligations. We do not use user-submitted content to train artificial intelligence models for independent or unrelated purposes.

4. AI Processing

User content is processed by automated artificial intelligence systems. Outputs are generated without human review in real time and may be inaccurate or incomplete.

5. Sharing of Information

We may share information with trusted service providers who perform services on our behalf, legal authorities when required by law, or in connection with a business transaction such as a merger or acquisition. We do not sell personal information. We may also disclose personal information, account information, and technical data where required or permitted by law, including in connection with investigations of illegal activity, violations of our Terms of Service, or suspected child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or exploitation of minors. Such disclosures may be made to law enforcement authorities, child protection organizations, or other competent governmental or regulatory bodies.

6. Data Retention

We retain personal information only as long as necessary to provide the Services or comply with legal obligations. Users may request deletion of their data by contacting us at support@adorely.co. Please note that we may retain certain information where required by law or for legitimate security and compliance purposes.

7. Data Security

We implement technical, administrative, and physical safeguards to protect personal information from loss, misuse, and unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction, including encryption of data in transit using TLS protocols and encryption at rest. However, no Internet transmission is ever fully secure, and we cannot guarantee the security of your information.

8. Children’s Privacy

The Services are intended solely for individuals who are 18 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect, use, or process personal information from anyone under the age of 18. Users who indicate that they are under the age of 18 will be prevented from creating an account or accessing the Services. We do not offer parental consent mechanisms, supervised use, or services designed for children or minors. If you are a parent or legal guardian and believe that a minor has provided us with personal information without your consent, please contact us at support@adorely.co. Upon verification, we will take reasonable steps to delete such information from our active systems.

9. International Data Transfers

The Services are operated from the United States. Your information may be stored and processed in the United States or other countries where our service providers operate. Where we transfer personal data from the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland to countries that have not been deemed to provide an adequate level of data protection, we rely on appropriate safeguards including Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission and, where applicable, the UK International Data Transfer Addendum. 10. Do-Not-Track

We do not respond to browser-initiated Do Not Track signals, as the Internet industry has not yet established a universal standard for how websites should respond to such signals. You may manage your cookie and tracking preferences through our Cookie Policy.

11. Regional Privacy Disclosures

Residents of the European Economic Area and United Kingdom. Clear Mind America Inc. is considered the data controller of the personal data we handle under this Policy. The laws of the EEA and the United Kingdom require data controllers to inform you about the legal grounds they rely on for using, sharing, or disclosing your personal data. Our legal grounds are as follows: (a) Contractual Commitments — we process personal data to comply with our agreements with you; (b) Consent — where required by law, we process personal data on the basis of your consent; (c) Legitimate Interests — we process personal data where it furthers our legitimate business interests in ways not overridden by your fundamental rights and freedoms, such as fraud prevention, security, and service improvement; (d) Legal Compliance — we process personal data as necessary to comply with our legal obligations. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.

Residents of California. Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), California residents have the right to: (a) know what personal information we collect, use, and disclose; (b) request deletion of their personal information; (c) opt out of the sale of their personal information (we do not sell personal information); (d) non-discrimination for exercising their rights. The categories of personal information we collect include identifiers (email, IP address), commercial information (subscription data), internet activity information (usage data), and inferences drawn from the above. Residents of Nevada. Nevada residents have the right to opt out of the sale of certain personal information. We do not currently sell personal information as defined under Nevada Revised Statutes Chapter 603A. To submit a Nevada Do Not Sell Request, contact us at support@adorely.co with the subject line “Nevada Do Not Sell Request.”

12. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, update, or delete your personal information; restrict or object to processing; request data portability; and withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at support@adorely.co. We will respond to all legitimate requests within one month. If your request is particularly complex, we may extend this period by a further two months and will notify you accordingly.

13. Right to Be Forgotten

You have the right to request erasure of your personal data without undue delay where there is no good reason for us to continue processing it, where you have successfully exercised your right to object to processing, where we may have processed your information unlawfully, or where we are required to erase your data to comply with local law. Note that we may not always be able to comply with your request of erasure for specific legal reasons, which will be communicated to you at the time of your request. 14. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in the law, our information practices, or the features of the Services. We will indicate the date of the most recent update at the top of this Policy. Continued use of the Services following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Policy.
